Creative Brief – A worksheet that will help you think through some initial, key considerations about your video.
Video/Image Consent Form – On-screen talent should sign a consent form prior to the acquisition of any footage. In the document below, COMPANY would be replaced with the name of the organization creating the video. NOTE: This is an example of a Video Consent Form. Consult with your own legal representation to ensure your Consent Form is right for your situation.
Work for Hire Agreement – A document, signed by your video/audio vendor(s), establishing you (your company) to be the owners of any work the vendor creates for a stated project. NOTE: This is an example of a Work For Hire Agreement. Consult with your own legal representation to ensure your Work For Hire Agreement is right for your situation.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – This is also often referred to as a Confidentiality Agreement (CA). Your video vendors may be exposed to company confidential, and/or proprietary information. This form mandates company confidentiality. NOTE: This is an example of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Consult with your own legal representation to ensure your Non-Disclosure Agreement is right for your situation.
